How do you cure ignorance? The answer is simple, through education. I f we as a society want things to change such as pollution and wasted materials. We need to educate are youth because they are the future.  They hold the key to our world becoming sustainable. One of the key things that they need to be educated on is fuel cells. The reason for this is fuel cells have the ability to have a huge positive effect on our world.  They cost less for production, they last longer, and they produce less pollution.  Economically, they are the better choice to fueling the products we have created.  They are 40% more efficient than using batteries and because they use hydrocarbon fuel they are able to create more electricity than batteries.

It is important for our youth to learn about fuel cells because they because used in so many different situations that would have a positive outcome on our environment. Fuel cells can be used in every type of transportation that we have, and just that alone would drastically decrease the amount of pollution we are producing into the earth’s atmosphere.  Fuel cells can be used as a power source to laptops, cell phones, and many other devices we use on a day to day basis. By implementing fuel cells into these products we will be extending the life span of each of these machines make it more economical for our society and also limiting the number of batteries that are destroyed everyday which is harmful towards our environment.

Fuel cells need to be put into our schools curriculums because our youth needs to know how important they are to our future. By learning about them now they will be more likely to stand behind them when it is their turn to make decisions. Also by teaching our children about fuel cells they will learn how simple they actually are and how many different fuel cells exist today. Our youth needs to learn about fuel cells because it is the answer our society has been looking for to make our world more sustainable. It is the key to preserving our planet and making sure our children, and our children’s children have a safe and healthy environment to call home.
